Soul Bazaar

Your vulnerability your ticket to invulnerability.

September 15th, 2011 No Comments » Filed under Acknowledgement, The Hawk Mindset

One of the major misunderstandings of our time is that we are actually under the illusion our vulnerability defines our weakness when the opposite is true.

Embracing and exposing your vulnerability, in other words honor it defines your highest strength, It is the source of your power.

It brings an unlimited  added value to your life,  taking most of the drama, self doubts and the incapacity to make decisions without worrying about made up consequences.

In other words, believe it or not, your vulnerability is the only thing that will make you invulnerable. Mark my words!

Let me elaborate.

  • Exposing and embracing your vulnerability restores the authority of your Soul,
  • Exposing and embracing your vulnerability re establishes  your natural sense of  authenticity,
  • Exposing and embracing your vulnerability enhances a real bonding connection with other spiritual beings having the human experience
  • Exposing and embracing your vulnerability secures a sense of  empathy for yourself  mirrored to others. We are all in this together…Oneness.
  • Exposing and embracing your vulnerability is the first step to  paving  your way to  emotional integrity.

And guess what! Developing those tools in the inventory of your thinking can actually become very handy and give you unimaginable success. Empathy is the keyword  in 21st C mindset. Empathy  vibrates oneness, community, cooperation and passion to contribute. !

So please don’t hesitate to show your vulnerability any more,  and honor it as it deserves it, this opens the door to your own invulnerability, eradicating the drama for good.

The thing is, your beauty as a human being expands to 100% of wholeness when you are not afraid any more to show that you are human like the rest of us…remember we are all vulnerable. Not only you.

I can’t wait to see your beauty expanding  to 100%  wholeness.  Accepting all of your humanity and proud of it. The world is waiting for you. Show up Today.

“The Hawk Mindset” A “Thought Masters” Transformational Training

March 31st, 2011 No Comments » Filed under The Hawk Mindset

What is it?

My newly developed program.

But let me tell you the story…It happened in facebook  as so many other things happening  dispersed within thoughtful and soulful facebook threads.

My fb friend Dalia ElGabaly gets in my chat box to say “hi”  and touch base, as many other times before when we talked about our mutual projects in life purpose.  We are pretty much on the same page. She is the first Arab woman to bring NLP to the Arab countries I profoundly admire her.  She has been telling me for a while now,  while I have been working  in creating my program,  that she wanted to translate it  into Arabic as soon as it was ready. We have  been exploring on several ideas to work together in the near future.

Now I have her in my chat box. Excited about the news, I tell her that the program map, is ready to go and in the editing  process. After a few minutes of chatting she asked me the question: “What is the name of the program?”  I stopped, thought for a moment  and remember  how the name of the format came from a thread from facebook.  “Co-Creative Circles of Coherence”  mastermind groups to consciously connect and combine intelligence. Remember? It was my facebook  friends who helped me come up with a concept for the mastermind groups. Right then is when I realized I had done everything to launch the program except think of a name for it.  It made me laugh!

I don’t remember what I answered to Dalia, but soon we went on with the situation about Egypt and her involvement in the revolutionary process…as everything she does it was a  fascinating revolutionary experience.

So, after we finished chatting, as you can imagine,  she left  me with the need to find the name, PRONTO.  Prior to this incident with Dalia, I  had a conversation with Michelle Nixon, my partner and friend about “The Hawk”.  Michelle had said she loved the visual and the word hawk in the title. After all, the hawk is an important component of the program.  It happens that the first step  is to assign a hawk to watch your thoughts…A Hawk provides a powerful symbolism to our equation.  I love what Susannah  @ “Divine Sparks”  has to say about that symbolism.

Here it is…you will understand how powerful it is to have a hawk as a model and on your side.

“In representation to humanity, the hawk is called messenger, protector and visionary. Keen vision is one of its greatest gifts. Hawks see things others miss.

The hawk comes to you indicating that you are now awakening to your soul purpose, your reason for being here. It can teach you how to fly high while keeping yourself connected to the ground…” (read the rest)

http://divinesparks.blogspot.com/2008/04/hawk-symbolism.html

Thank you so much Susannah for that profoundly powerful article.

I am so grateful to Michelle for seeing  the need to bring our hawk to the title. She definitely has the “Hawk” mindset.  After giving it a little thought, the name came up: “Hawk  Mindset”  A Thought Master Training for Entrepreneurs. It came up on March 23rd. 2011.

Therefore my friends, after 4 years of research and a lifetime of conscious experience in the field of the thoughts, I am proud to share the name of  “The Hawk Mindset” program soon to be launched and the story behind it with you. You all are participants of this journey.

So what is the “Hawk Mindset”?

It is an experimental experiential program consciously connecting and combining information to inspire the Art of the Cooperative Entrepreneur mindset, divided in 3 modules.

  1. “Thought Masters” (I know you are thinking “what’s up with the hawk” ). To become a “Thought Master”, the first step is to assign a hawk to monitor your thoughts.  Thought Masters  know how to use  the power of their thoughts to work for them instead of against them.  To get there, they need keen vision to monitor. The Hawk becomes your left hand.
  2. “The Seven Pillars of Thought, the Foundation of the Mindset. Acknowledgment-Truth-Fear-Judgment-Error-Clarity-Self Responsibility”. An in depth review of the pillar concepts in your mind to align them to the same vibration of your heart.
  3. “Your Inner Child, head of your Visionary Team.” Incorporate your Inner Child in your life.  Your right hand. Recover and remember your right brain attributes, creativity, innovation, community collaboration, critical thinking and more. Your Inner Child will make them work for you. He will become the motor of your passion to contribute.

In other words, when you create your Internal Visionary Team, those are the two most important parts of yourself you need to remember. The hawk and your Inner Child will take you anywhere you envision going. Your left hand and your right hand in partnership.

I want to thank everybody who helped with their ideas and enlightened conversations to make this come true.

The word Clarity

January 10th, 2011 2 Comments » Filed under Acknowledgement

The word Clarity, comes from seeing with the eyes of the soul.  Inside and out. Clarity is what it is. Without attachments.  Without judgment. Clarity overshadows all darkness and ignorance. Clarity grows with the gentle water of knowledge.

Clarity means your capacity to see through BS.  Including yours. Clarity is there when you know that there are no good or bad experiences. They are all experiences, and all posses value.

The trap of clarity, though is that its flame can disappear with exposure to higher frequency  of light. Meaning that it can blind us.  To conquer Clarity, we need to be clear with ourselves first. We need to keep ourselves in check at all times,  with truth and honesty , at the same time we are able to  seeing other people’s circumstances  with clarity.

Otherwise,  we are separating ourselves from the oneness of all things and and competing with our fellow spiritual beings having a human experience. So clarity should be 50/50 directed to others as much as it is to yourself.

On Thursday 1-27-2011  at 3pm Neal Worthington and I will have our “Passing the Torch of Sustainability Program” featuring the word “Clarity” We’ll elaborate more about the word. Check the link.

Pledge to Acknowledge Soul Hangout Members and Clients.

December 22nd, 2010 7 Comments » Filed under The Hawk Mindset

I will never claim I know more than you about your journey. I acknowledge your journey as your journey, I can only guide you to find your own answers within yourself.

  1. I pledge I will tell you the truth and nothing but the truth at all times. The best part is it  it will come in a straight forward way without any judgment.  I believe with all my heart that “Knowledge is only experience” as Albert Einstein stated. There is not such thing as good and or bad experience. They are all wrapped up in the gold leaf of  knowledge. Both.
  2. I pledge everything that is happening in your life now is perfect.  Because it is your story. I will help you acknowledge and embrace who you are now, so that you can move on to what you choose to be. Accept your humanity. It is the only way to expedite the process.
  3. I pledge to reveal the real meaning of “Your enemy is your Master” the icon quote from  Buddah. We’ll identify  and  reevaluate together the gifts your enemy, he or she whoever it is,  left  your way. You are not aware of how  much value for you  is hidden in your enemies actions.
  4. I pledge to help you see that what you already have, believe it or not,  is the foundation where we will build what you need.  What you already have will be the blueprint and  the starting point of your wholeness. You will experience the The power of your wholeness for the first time in a long time.
  5. I pledge I am here to help you remember 100% of your integrity,  so that you can fulfill your purpose and ignite your passion to create and contribute.
  6. I pledge that I will never jump to conclusions and fast forward without letting you completely articulate your piece, and thoroughly evaluate the facts first.
  7. Having said all that, since I am only human, I pledge to you, I will be grateful if you call me on it in the event  that at any moment I am not being true to myself and expressing any behavior that doesn’t resonate with this pledge, or shows I am not walking my talk in any way shape or form.

Start up Entrepreneur’s Live Thoughts Out Loud

October 23rd, 2010 17 Comments » Filed under Inner Child Quote

THE INNER CHILD ..

I was born on March 9th, of the year 1949 in Santiago, Chile. The city of the valleys  surrounded by mountains. In the winter, those mountains were covered with snow. When the sun came out of his hiding place behind the clouds, and lit the snow on its thick  coat on the mountains, against the clear blue sky they just  reflected the immaculate shine of their whiteness on us, the inhabitants of the city, as if they were reminding us to celebrate the powerful star in the center of our universe.

Exacerbating its brightness to the point that your eyes would almost get blinded with such clarity. As if they wanted to remind us of our own brightness and immaculate whiteness.

Bringing the message of the heart from the Condor from the South.

That is perhaps one of the things I miss the most about Santiago. The joy of the snowy mountains on a winter sunny day. Every time I go visit, I secretly hope the next day will be sunny and bring that memory and magnificently comforting  feeling of my childhood. I can’t stop admiring them and talking about their majesty. My nieces laugh at me. They are used to them. They never left them for good. They see them with different eyes.

My early childhood went by,  surrounded by flowers, butterflies, Swiss cotton, velvet, and organza, music, ballet, Spanish dance, and tango, books, buttons, Nannies who brought  great stories from the South, Hungarian Gypsies trying to read your hand for a couple of coins, and a black cat named Nino.

Festive gatherings with friends and the large basque clan carrying my father’s ancestors, my two little brothers, parents who called me the little golden girl and meant it, godparents who taught me how to imagine  enchanted faraway cities from Paris to the Berlin before the 1st world war, passing by London and Rome,  Kyoto and Delhi. The sharing of their  foreign traveling experience.

You have to understand, Chile’s geographic location  is so far away, that makes  people living in the valley surrounded by mountains dream of ancient places afar, like European and Asian cities.

Now, when I look back, I see clearly why I ended focusing in the Inner Child as in starting a movement by divulging the imperative need to take action to re-parent it, for all of us. It was Alice Miller who scientifically confirmed what I believed with all my heart. In a phrase,  “violence is not genetic”.

I was privileged to have a good life foundation for the first 9 years of my life. I think I lost the innocence when I was 7.  That is when everything started falling apart.

By then, the entitlement of being and feeling the center of that universe was already imprinted in my soul.  I still had my full emotional integrity. That is what helped keep my Inner Child pure, creative, innocent, using out of the box and critical thinking no matter how much resistance I encountered in the outside world.  No matter how much the rejection to innovation that used to feel so personal hurt. No matter how much I felt like I was coming from another planet. No matter how her soul was broken in a thousand pieces.

Critical thinking was very important for my parents.

They were always expressing and verbalizing their passion for Philosophy, History,  Art and Metaphysics,  the eternal question of “why are we here”, was often asked and thoughtfully attempted to be answered in deep and satisfying conversations.  They incorporated reading very early in my childhood.

I attended a private German School for girls subsidized by the German government. Even though the happenings were in the middle of the 20th Century, it was a very progressive school. For those nuns it  was about educating thinking women who stand out of the pack. They had a very ambitious and expansive curriculum.

My parents’ traumatic divorce at 9 caught me with an armor of love that helped deal with the bruises and blood shed of separation and competition. An out of the ordinary  foundation of unity laughter and love. I guess at some level I could hear my Inner Child’s voice,  Grace, almost always, no matter how much I needed to bury her in pain.

How was it possible that all of that world I lived in was suddenly broken for the rest of my life, and I had to learn to accept living with it. What a cheat!!! . How one does throw such a quality of life down the drain. It was hard to understand. Not only for me, for the entire family. Some people speculate that it was too perfect, and they still tell the story in disbelief.

After 9,  it always felt like the behaviors of the adults were too conditioned to things they didn’t even know they carried inside from their parents. I could feel the wounded Inner Child very early on, starting with my parents. Perhaps because mine was always acknowledged prior to the separation, I  refused to at least consciously turn my back to her.  Unconsciously her emotional integrity was broken. Even though she was even though she was not always acknowledged,  her fire was present all of the time.

That is one thing I am grateful for my parents. I don’t think I could have made it the same way without that dreamy contented full foundation of the first years. I was always extremely empathetic and conscious of people’ Inner Child pain.  Soon,  a natural coach developed in me.  She was the person everybody came to when they had a problem. My openness, authenticity and passion for the truth made people trust me in a very easy way.

So, by the time I started Soul Hangout, all my friends were saying “It is about time”

December 19th 2010.

When the cards were laid in 2007, and I counted on all of my time,  24/7 to think about my tribe business model and its contribution to sustainability, I asked myself the question. What is the theme closest to your heart what is the theme closest to your experience what is the one that will make the most impact. What is the story you want to tell every day with all your heart for the next 2 years, or 10 years.

The truth is, I have lived such a diverse life that gave me the opportunity to master so many different crafts  in the self improvement industry, that it was difficult to choose. It required some thinking. Self Improvement is one of the leading industries and the most important one for this time and age. We need to train our thoughts to re invent the world…because it is a new world.  It requires a new language coming from new thinking.

So, again, what is the thing in your life repertoir that will ignite your passion to get up in the morning every day with a renewed expanded energy, the thing that you see as your purpose and is bigger than you. Nothing less of that or short of that is worth living. Not worth living. Very simple.

Don’t you want to say that you are done living a depending, useless, and without purpose life?  For me it was like that. It is not worth one more minute working for some corporation with the only purpose of making a living. Not worth it one more minute, totally worth to explore no matter what happens and how many bumps on the road I encounter. Bigger than me. Way bigger. It scares some people. But that is another story.

So, my dear friend, here are the 4 questions again.

What is the thing you will pick to be the icon of your life purpose? What is the closest to your heart, what is the closest to your experience, what is the one that will create more impact and most of all which one is the one that will make you jump out of bed in the morning riding the wave of  your full potential and passion to create?

…Passion to create and purpose are one of those things like being born and dying. You have your own reasons, it is your journey.   Somehow you do it alone, and invite people to celebrate, cooperate and share with once it is born. You need support with that process.

You need the support that understands there is no conditioning in that support. Instead, complete respect for your vision. The respect you have for your vision.  The respect that a friend of Thomas Edison would have showed when he witnessed the 5,000 time of trial of  the fluorescent bulb, and patiently would be willing to extend the support  5,000 more times if it was necessary. That kind of support. Any other support, is detrimental. So if you encounter it, run away from it. It interferes.

Here is an article I wrote about Thomas Edison and his 10,000 tries.

http://www.soulhangout.net/what-would-you-have-said-if-your-were-thomas-edisons-friend-at-the-5000-try/

December 26th 2010.

Some people have asked me to blog more often.  While I am creating service products, actual info products and books, and using most of my time in sales letters and other content marketing materials, I want to let you all know that I will be doing it more  often  by the beginning of the next year. Once the systems are in place and working.

Thanks for all your great comments and encouragement. Some people are interested in expanding the conversation of the Inner Child as in charge of the visionary team. It will come very soon.

Thanks so much to Soul Hangout followers and members. Have a happy holiday and a new mindfully coherent co-creative year in 2011.

Tuesday 20th of April 2011.

It has been 4 years and 3 months since I started to work full time on my life purpose. That is the time it took to research and co-create in coherence “The Hawk Mindset” . The only trans formative Thought Masters training for Entrepreneurs to ignite their passion to contribute and full creativity.

It was like having thousands of keynotes in my head that I was to use to create my own melody. The melody of my unique experience expanded in marketing words that would come from the bottom of my soul from the writer and the coach inside . At times it was hard to do. They seemed too many keynotes…

No way they all belong to only one program… Well, I was wrong…every piece I have written, every conversation I have had, every quote I have thought of, every article came form the wholeness of what now is the The Hawk Mindset. Everything fits in one comprehensive program. I am the first one surprised.

It is something like walking with the burning desire with its perception of the big picture and the blind faith sustaining all my doubts emerging from the doubts from the small picture.

What is fascinating is that today I am thrilled to announce that each single key note had a fundamental place in the finished product. Each single letter enhances the tone to the next in the wholeness of my newly found sequenced language. Launching very soon. Thanks to all for the great support

Fear, Entrepreneurship and Thoughts.

October 21st, 2010 2 Comments » Filed under The Hawk Mindset

fight

I am here watching Chilean TV,  I am fascinated with the miners crusade. At the same time, I am working  in the computer figuring out how to engage you guys at a deeper level…and facing the fear involved in the process of building trust, invading the lack of knowledge,  the unknown territory.

Definitely the antidote for fear is knowledge…information.

Last week Neal Worthington and I spoke about “Fear” in our blogtalk radio program. “Passing the Torch of Sustainability to Millennials” . We chew on how our self belief is buried in so many layers of mind thinking and speaking, instead of heart thinking and speaking. How hard it is to awake the cells in our bodies that don’t believe in ourselves and let them sing the keynote of our existence in somewhere in the song of creation.

How building trust is a step at the time process. Taking carefully and mindfully layer by layer that is interfering with the ONENESS of all things away. Like pealing an onion, crying in the process. Crying for the pain of the loss and the joy of the gain.

How this process has a sequence, like every process in nature that cannot be rushed. A pear is ripe when it is ripe, and a child will walks when it walks.

How the face of fear visited me every step of the process, and how I had to confront it and start the conversation.  How more and more, makes sense that the fear of the new is overcome by repetition. Rehearsal, study and ultimately knowledge. like learning to ride a bicycle. Once you learn it, you master it for life.

How feeling the fear out loud,  is such a liberating experience, it creates coherence and resonance. Because we are not the only ones who are afraid. We all are afraid. Afraid of the illusion of not knowing, or making mistakes. Or the illusion that the result is the only important thing, neglecting the richness of the process.  See how crazy it is? How are you going to learn without trial and error. Why would mistakes then would be such a sacred cow. Pure nonsense. I tell you.

When you are riding your passion and you are doing that thing called your purpose, they both shine through the fear of the new. Time after time, trial after error, until you become a master of the craft. Then the illusion of fear will be only a memory in the past.

Neal asked me to please listen to the program  last week. The truth is I was so afraid that couldn’t listen to the previous one. I did. And yes, you can tell I am afraid here. However, the message gets across in spite of the limited vocabulary produced by the tension of the new.

Here is the link. Let me know what you think.

Listen to internet radio with Soul Hang Out on Blog Talk Radio

An Entrepreneur has to start by working with fear rather than allowing fear to take over. That can only be overcome by understanding that it is only normal to be afraid and all you have to do is look at fear in the eye, confront it and conquer it. Through repetition, the same way it was inserted in your mind when you lost your innocence as a child. Repetitively.

I haven’t been writing too much on the blog lately…I have been very busy with the marketing,  giving the last touch ups to my offer. Also, working on exciting projects with some facebook friends. Melissa Allison and Ani Kaspar.

After my lifetime research of the human mind and behaviors, as many of you know, I decided to focus in the Entrepreneur Mindset. Simply because small businesses fail at a rate of 8O% within the first 5 years.

I believe with all my heart that to turn that figure around we need to start aligning our thoughts and start THINKING like Entrepreneurs. There is no other way. When you align your thoughts, your brain takes about 30 days to acquire the repetitive message,  shifting the thinking and modifying the behaviors.

…And “Fear” is the first thought/feeling  you have to work with. To succeed in business you have to be able to use the fear to your advantage. Not against you. By accepting it first.

It is as choice, and a fundamental one if you want to succeed in business.

At the same time I have been thinking that it makes sense to start a diary on Soul Hangout, about my story as an Entrepreneur.  How everything started.  What were the thoughts behind the story. What are now the thoughts behind the story. “Living in the Present is History in the Making”.

So… stay tuned to hear about how it all began with my own the Inner Child,  meet Grace.  How it all began on January 27 2007.  It will be in chapters. That way you will not have to read too long.  That way you wand I will look forward to the next day.  To the  ongoing Entrepreneur thinking like an Entrepreneur story.

And don’t forget “Fear” is the first illusion you need to  eradicate from your thinking if you want to be a successful Entrepreneur.

Next week we will talk about “Judgment” Another thought to align to succeed as an Entrepreneur.

Inner Child Inspirational quote of the day

September 27th, 2010 4 Comments » Filed under Inner Child Quote

A child too, can never grasp the fact that the same mother who cooks so well, is so concerned about his cough, and helps so kindly with his homework, in some circumstance has no more feeling than a wall of his hidden inner world.

~Alice Duer Miller~

It is the lack of awareness of the inner world that every child including yours is longing for. Acknowledging the child within which is as real as your body now, helps feel present and alive in your life. In other words complete.

Inner Child Inspirational quote of the day

September 20th, 2010 16 Comments » Filed under Inner Child Quote

“We are guilty of many errors and many faults but our worst crime is abandoning the children, neglecting the fountain of life. Many of the things we need can wait. The child cannot. Right now is the time his bones are being formed, his blood is being made, and his senses are being developed. To him we cannot answer ‘Tomorrow.’ His name is ‘Today.’”

~ Gabriela Mistral~

This is why you have an Inner Child who needs to be acknowledged felt and incorporated. Otherwise you will not find peace. Simple as that.

Inner Child Inspirational quote of the day.

September 5th, 2010 3 Comments » Filed under Inner Child Quote

As a little girl I used to daydream about my real father coming on a white horse to rescue me.

~Christine Keeler~

One way of reading my life is that I have been in constant search for a father.

~Christine Keeler~

In here you see “the drama of the gifted child” as Alice Miller would say. A little girl who dreams for her father to come and rescue her carrying the same dream into adulthood. What she didn’t understand is that in adulthood she didn’t need a father any more. Now she was an adult…makes sense?

Inner Child Inspirational quote of the day

August 29th, 2010 14 Comments » Filed under Inner Child Quote

Old age invariably meets with  childhood.  To reach old age with a happy and satisfied child inside,  one that is in its pure state as at birth,  is important to close the circle of life.

~Carolina Marin~

Carolina was inspired to write this quote because of a saying her Grandmother back in Spain says: “Once old a hundred times a child” I love this quote. It shows a crucial point about life. The thing is it is completely feasible if you give birth to your Inner Child in adulthood. So you can choose if you are going to be a spiritually childlike benevolent old folk or a grumpy unbearable one. It is up to you, what is it going to be, huh?
